Product Description

The DIVERSITECH t805 is a single-stage, 1-heat/1-cool programmable thermostat designed for residential and light-commercial HVAC applications. It operates on 18 to 30 VAC (NEC Class II, 50/60 Hz) with hardwire common wire or 2 AA alkaline batteries, giving installers flexible power options. The t805 features auto changeover between heating and cooling modes and a large 8 square-inch backlit display with a glow-in-the-dark light button. Load rating is 1 amp per terminal with a 1.5 amp combined maximum. Licensed HVAC technicians install this thermostat as a direct upgrade or replacement in forced-air gas or electric heating and cooling systems.

The t805 is suited for residential forced-air systems with single-stage heating and single-stage cooling. It supports 7-day or 5/1/1 programmable scheduling with intuitive wake, leave, return, and sleep programming icons.
