    Horrible Experience

    Order (2) plastic condensor pads 3x4 feet. Items were shipped without any protective packaging such as a box and simply taped together and shipped. Only (1) arrived and it was mangled. When I called for help, they said they would submit a claim. Meanwhile, my project is delayed
