Product Description

The Ditek DTK-2MHLP5BWB is a modular surge protector for voice, data and signaling circuits configured for 5 V DC operation. It protects two 5 V pairs per field-replaceable module using a multi-stage SAD hybrid design and includes a hardwired snap-track mounting base. Typical applications include 4-20 mA current loops, alarm panel NAC, SLC and IDC loops, and other low-voltage data or audio lines.

• Protects two 5 V pairs per module with multi-stage SAD and hybrid SAD/GDT protection; typical let-through voltage 6.8 V.
• Maximum continuous line current 5 A and peak surge current 20 kA; data rate about 200 kbps at 5 V.
• Field-replaceable edge-card module connects to DTK-MB snap-track mounting base; expandable to protect up to ten pairs with a common ground.
