The DTK-120SRD is intended for use in fire surge protection applications where maintaining circuit integrity is critical. Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician or certified fire alarm technician in accordance with NFPA 72, NFPA 70 (NEC), and applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit and follow lockout/tagout procedures before beginning installation. Verify dry contact wiring connections at the fire alarm control panel are configured for supervisory monitoring per the panel manufacturer instructions. Do not install in circuits that exceed the rated voltage or amperage of this device.
