Digital Watchdog DWC-D4283WD 2.1MP Analog Dome Camera

Product Description

The DIGITAL WATCHDOG DWC-D4283WD is a 2.1-megapixel HD analog dome camera designed for indoor surveillance installations. It features a 2.8 to 12mm auto-focus varifocal lens, giving installers the flexibility to adjust field of view without manual focus adjustments at the lens. The dome form factor makes it well suited for ceiling-mount deployments in commercial and light-industrial environments. Licensed security installers and low-voltage technicians are the primary trades working with this unit. The auto-focus function reduces commissioning time on multi-camera jobs where fine-tuning each lens manually would otherwise add significant labor.

This camera is intended for indoor use in commercial, institutional, or light-industrial settings where an HD analog signal is preferred over IP-based infrastructure. It fits into existing HD-over-coax analog systems, making it a practical choice for upgrades or expansions of legacy coax wiring plants. Typical installation scenarios include retail spaces, warehouses, office lobbies, and corridors where overhead dome mounting is standard practice.
