Dial Manufacturing 4403 is a pump installation start-up kit for evaporative coolers that supplies the components required to install and start up a Dial Manufacturing evaporative cooler pump assembly. The kit includes a 1/4" float valve, water distributor adapter, 1/2" 5 ft pump hose with restrictor, mesh pump basket, hose ring clamps, plastic drain and overflow pipe, plus printed installation instructions.
