The DIAL CORPORATION DIA45901 is a hydramethylnon-based ant bait designed to eliminate ant colonies by targeting and killing the queen. Available in a box of 6 bait stations, this product delivers slow-acting toxicant transfer from foraging ants back to the colony, resulting in full colony collapse rather than surface-level knockdown. The bait stations are child-resistant and require no activation before placement. Each station is self-contained and mess-free, making deployment straightforward for facility maintenance staff, pest control professionals, and property managers handling routine ant control programs.
This product is suited for indoor residential and commercial applications where ant activity has been identified along baseboards, under appliances, around plumbing penetrations, or in other typical foraging routes. The formulation is rated for up to three months of protection per placement cycle. It is commonly used in multi-unit residential buildings, commercial kitchens, office facilities, and single-family homes as part of a scheduled pest management rotation.
Designed for general-use ant control in residential and light commercial interior environments where hydramethylnon-based colony elimination is the target approach.
Bait stations should be placed by trained maintenance or pest control personnel in areas of observed ant activity, keeping stations away from direct contact with food preparation surfaces. Do not disturb or relocate stations once foraging activity has been established, as disruption reduces colony transfer effectiveness. Follow all label directions and applicable local regulations governing pesticide application in occupied or food-service spaces.
