The DEVCON 21445 is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy adhesive packaged in a 0.5 oz syringe-style dispenser with a flow-mix nozzle system. The flow-mix applicator delivers pre-mixed epoxy directly to the bonding surface, eliminating the need for separate mixing tools. Cure begins within 60 seconds, making it suitable for quick repairs in field and shop environments. The cured bond is clear, waterproof, and rated at 1,250 psi tensile strength. Two flow-mix nozzles are included. Tradespeople and maintenance technicians reach for this adhesive when a fast, strong, and clean repair is required on the job.
This epoxy is suited for bonding a broad range of materials encountered in trade and industrial maintenance work. It performs on metal, wood, masonry, glass, plastic, and rubber substrates, making it useful across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical service applications. The compact syringe format fits easily in a tool bag, and the included nozzles allow controlled application without mess. It is appropriate for both residential and light commercial repair scenarios where a rapid, durable bond is needed without waiting for extended cure times.
Designed for general-purpose adhesive bonding across metal, wood, masonry, glass, plastic, and rubber substrates in trade maintenance and repair applications.
Surface preparation is critical — clean, dry, and lightly abrade mating surfaces before applying epoxy for maximum bond strength. Twist the flow-mix nozzle securely onto the syringe before dispensing. Dispense a small test bead first to confirm proper mixing through the nozzle. Allow the bond to cure undisturbed; clamping or fixturing the joint during the initial cure period improves final strength.
