Delta Faucet U4999-RB Ceiling Mount Shower Arm Flange

Product Description

The DELTA FAUCET U4999-RB is a ceiling-mount shower arm and flange finished in Venetian Bronze. This metal component connects a ceiling-mounted showerhead to the water supply line while the matching flange covers the ceiling opening for a clean, finished appearance. It is designed for use in residential shower systems where a ceiling-mount configuration is required, particularly with rain-style or large-format showerheads. Licensed plumbers and experienced installers typically handle this fitting as part of a full shower rough-in or remodel. The Venetian Bronze finish coordinates with other Delta bath fixtures in the same finish family.

This shower arm and flange suits residential bathrooms where a ceiling-mounted water delivery point is preferred over a standard wall-mount configuration. Ceiling-mount arms are commonly paired with raincan showerheads, multi-function showerheads, or body spray systems to create a spa-style shower environment. The Venetian Bronze finish provides a warm, oil-rubbed appearance that works with transitional and traditional bathroom designs.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber. Shut off the water supply to the shower before beginning any work. Ensure the ceiling structure provides adequate support for the arm and connected showerhead assembly. Apply thread sealant tape to all threaded connections and avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the fitting or ceiling flange.
