The DE-STA-CO 817-U-LC is a pneumatic hold down toggle clamp designed to secure workpieces during machining, welding, assembly, and fixturing operations. Actuated by compressed air through a 1/8 NPT port, it generates an inner holding capacity of 375 pounds (1,670 N) using a 1.26-inch cylinder bore. The solid bar opens to a 95-degree arc, providing 2.69 inches of clearance height under the bar for loading and unloading workpieces. A flanged washer is included. This clamp is installed by manufacturing technicians, tool-and-die makers, and fixture builders working with pneumatic automation systems.
