The DE-STA-CO 812-U-RC is a pneumatic hold down toggle clamp designed for workholding and fixturing applications where air-actuated clamping force is required. Rated for a maximum air pressure of 250 psi (17 bar), this clamp delivers an inner holding capacity of 99 lb (440 N) and an outer clamping force of 93 lb (413 N). The solid bar style swings through a 99-degree arc, and the height under bar measures 0.68 inches, making it well suited for low-profile clamping setups. A spindle assembly is included. The clamp is installed by licensed or qualified machine-tool and fixture technicians in production and fabrication environments.

The 812-U-RC is used in horizontal-mounting orientations on jigs, fixtures, and production tooling where repeatable pneumatic clamping is needed. Typical applications include assembly lines, welding fixtures, CNC workholding setups, and inspection stations. The M5 port integrates directly into standard pneumatic control circuits. Installation Notes
