The DE-STA-CO 807-S is a pneumatic hold down toggle clamp designed for workholding and fixturing applications in industrial and manufacturing environments. It uses compressed air to actuate a solid bar arm through a 103-degree opening arc, generating up to 500 lb of inner holding capacity at a maximum operating pressure of 145 psi. The cylinder bore measures 1.26 inches, and the height under bar is 1.38 inches, making it well suited for low-profile clamping setups. A 1/8 NPT port connects the clamp to a shop air supply. Licensed machinists, toolmakers, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers and service personnel for this product.
The 807-S is used in horizontal mounting configurations on fixtures, jigs, welding tables, and automated production lines where consistent, repeatable clamping force is required. The open bar end style and 2.51-inch bar extension provide clearance flexibility for various workpiece geometries. The clamp accepts round and T-slot sensor configurations, allowing integration with pneumatic or electrical feedback systems on automated lines. It is compatible with operating temperatures from 14 degrees F to 194 degrees F, making it suitable for most indoor industrial conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style pneumatic hold down toggle clamp for horizontal-mount industrial fixturing and workholding systems requiring a 1/8 NPT air supply connection.
Installation is typically performed by toolmakers, fixture builders, or industrial maintenance technicians. Depressurize the air supply and verify the line is locked out before mounting or servicing the clamp. Use appropriately sized fasteners through the 0.28-inch mounting holes and confirm the clamp is seated flat before connecting the air line. Follow applicable workplace safety and pneumatic system codes for pressure line connections and sensor wiring.
