The DAN-LOC BOLT GASKET 000-06-050 is a fully threaded stud fastener with a 3/4-10 UNC thread form and an overall length of 5 inches. Manufactured from Grade B7 alloy steel with an uncoated plain finish, this stud is designed for high-strength bolting applications where full thread engagement along the entire shaft is required. Grade B7 alloy steel provides the elevated tensile strength and hardness ratings needed in demanding mechanical, industrial, and trade installations. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors routinely specify fully threaded studs for flanged connections, equipment mounting, and structural fastening tasks.
This stud is suited for use in residential and commercial mechanical systems where high-load fastening is required. Common applications include pipe flange assemblies, equipment base mounting, heat exchanger connections, and pressure vessel fittings. The 3/4-10 thread size is a standard coarse-thread designation widely used across HVAC, plumbing, and industrial piping installations. The fully threaded design allows maximum flexibility in nut placement and clamping depth regardless of stack-up thickness.
Designed as a standard 3/4-10 fully threaded stud for use with compatible hex nuts, heavy hex nuts, and washers in flanged pipe, equipment mounting, and mechanical fastening assemblies where Grade B7 alloy steel material is specified.
Installation of fully threaded studs should be performed by a qualified mechanic, pipefitter, or licensed trade professional in accordance with applicable mechanical and piping codes. Always de-energize equipment and depressurize any piping or vessel before removing or installing fasteners. Use a calibrated torque wrench to achieve the specified clamp load for the joint design. Thread engagement should meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified by the joint or flange manufacturer.
