The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS GSR-22-TM2522-4ADA is a single-bowl, top-mount kitchen sink built from 304 stainless steel at 22 gauge thickness. It carries ADA compliance, making it suitable for accessible installation environments where sink depth and rim height are regulated. The brushed nickel finish resists fingerprints and blends with standard kitchen hardware. At 5.5 inches bowl depth and a center drain position, this sink is designed for efficient drainage and comfortable use. It is installed by licensed plumbers and finish carpenters during new construction or kitchen renovation projects.
This sink is intended for kitchen applications in residential settings. The top-mount installation style allows drop-in placement through a countertop cutout without requiring under-counter clips in all configurations, simplifying installation on laminate and solid-surface countertops. The 4-hole configuration accommodates a standard faucet, side spray, soap dispenser, and an additional accessory. It fits in cabinets smaller than 33 inches, and the standard-radius corners make cleaning straightforward. ADA-compliant design requirements govern the maximum bowl depth and knee clearance below, making this appropriate for accessible kitchens in both residential and light commercial settings.
Designed for top-mount installation in kitchen countertop cutouts fitting cabinets less than 33 inches wide. Fits the Arlenka TM2522 sink series from DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS.
This sink is installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ADA Standards for Accessible Design where required. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing an old sink. Use the manufacturer-supplied template or the sink rim itself to mark the countertop cutout, and verify cabinet and countertop dimensions before cutting. Confirm ADA knee-clearance requirements are met at the rough-in stage before final installation.
