The CUSTOM BLDG PRODUCTS PC38010S-6 is a sanded, siliconized acrylic ceramic tile caulk formulated to match Polyblend grout colors, sold in a pack of six 10.5-ounce tubes. Each tube contains Haystack (color 380) caulk designed for interior applications where tile meets dissimilar surfaces. The siliconized acrylic formula provides flexibility and adhesion, while MoldGard technology actively resists mold and mildew growth in wet environments. Licensed contractors, tile installers, and plumbers rely on this product to finish around showers, sinks, and tubs with a seamless color match to existing Polyblend grout joints.
This caulk is intended for interior use only and is well-suited for residential and light commercial tile installations. Typical applications include expansion joints and transition lines where tile meets a tub deck, shower pan, sink rim, or countertop edge. Because the formula is sanded, it closely mimics the texture of sanded grout joints, providing a consistent finished appearance. The six-pack format supports contractors completing multiple bathrooms or kitchen installs in a single job.
Formulated to match Polyblend sanded grout colors, specifically color 380 Haystack. Designed for interior tile installations at transitions between tile and tubs, sinks, showers, and similar surfaces. Not suitable for exterior use.
Tile installers and plumbers typically apply this caulk as the final step after grout has fully cured. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of old caulk, grease, and soap residue before application. Cut the nozzle at a shallow angle and apply steady pressure for a consistent bead, then tool immediately with a wet finger or caulk tool. Follow local building codes for wet-area sealant applications, and allow full cure time before exposing the joint to water.
