This is the Multi-Set Modified Thin Set Mortar, a straightforward and economical bonding mortar that meets ANSI A118.4 for polymer modified dry-set cement mortars. It delivers reliable bond strength for floor and wall tile applications. The formula incorporates Moldgard Technology, providing built-in resistance to mold and mildew within the mortar material itself. Each bag contains 50 pounds of dry mortar mix. Licensed tile setters and flooring contractors are the primary installers of this product.

This mortar is suited for residential and light commercial tile installations where a cost-effective, polymer modified setting material is required. It is appropriate for use over concrete slabs, cement backer board, and other dimensionally stable substrates.
