The CUSTOM BLDG PRODUCTS LQWAF1-2 is a ready-to-use, elastomeric waterproofing and crack prevention membrane designed for tile and stone installations in wet areas. It applies directly from the container with no mixing required and forms a flexible, continuous waterproof barrier over substrates prone to minor movement and cracking. The membrane meets ANSI A118.10 standards and is protected by Moldgard technology to resist mold and mildew growth. It is suited for use by tile setters, plumbers, and waterproofing contractors working on residential and light commercial projects requiring a code-compliant moisture barrier.

This membrane is used in shower walls, shower floors, and wet room applications where a reliable waterproofing layer is required beneath tile or stone.
