The CUSTOM BLDG PRODUCTS CPQT Levelquik LTX Latex Primer is a surface preparation primer designed to condition substrates before the application of self-leveling underlayments and mortars. Applied ahead of the pour, it promotes adhesion and reduces the risk of pinholes, delamination, or uneven cure in the finished underlayment layer. This product is used by flooring installers and tile setters working on concrete, wood, and other porous or semi-porous subfloor surfaces.
