The CRC INDUSTRIES 05361 is a synthetic, dry-film, ceramic brake system grease formulated for noise and vibration control across all brake system components. The silicone-ceramic compound dampens brake vibrating frequencies to reduce squeal and chatter without running off or washing out under wet or high-heat conditions. Rated for an extreme temperature range of -50 to 3000 degrees F, it protects against uneven pad wear and maintains lubrication integrity through repeated heat cycles. This product ships in a 5 oz tube with an NLGI Grade 2 consistency and an off-white color. Automotive technicians and brake service professionals apply it during brake pad and caliper service.
This grease is intended for use on brake system components where metal-to-metal contact, vibration transfer, or corrosion would otherwise cause noise, binding, or uneven wear. It is suitable for use during routine brake service in passenger vehicle, light truck, and fleet applications. The dry-film ceramic formulation makes it appropriate for high-temperature zones that would degrade conventional petroleum-based greases.
Designed for use on all brake systems and brake components, including calipers, bushings, holes, pins, inserts, anchors, bolts, and boots.
Applied by automotive technicians during brake pad replacement, caliper service, or hardware kit installation. Disconnect vehicle power and ensure the brake system is fully depressurized before disassembly. Apply the grease to contact and sliding surfaces only — keep the compound away from friction surfaces, rotor faces, and brake pad friction material. Follow vehicle manufacturer service procedures and applicable shop safety guidelines throughout the repair.
