The CRATEX A11A80CXG 1/4 is an aluminum oxide mounted point designed for precision grinding, deburring, and surface finishing in tight spaces and hard-to-reach areas. Shaped as a pointed tree (A11 profile), it features an 80-grit, medium-grade abrasive face with a soft density bond. The 1/4-inch diameter shank mounts directly into a die grinder, rotary tool, or similar powered spindle. Rated to 12,000 RPM, it delivers controlled material removal on metals, welds, and castings without loading quickly. The head thickness of 2 inches gives adequate working length for contour work and internal cavity access.
