The CRATEX 4707 M is a rubberized abrasive cone point designed for deburring, blending, and surface finishing in metal fabrication, tool and die, and general machining applications. Measuring 7/8 inch in maximum diameter and 1-3/4 inches in length, this unmounted cone is made from silicon carbide abrasive in a rubber bond matrix. The medium grade (60 grit) formulation cuts aggressively enough to remove burrs and scale while leaving a consistently smooth finish. It is sold individually without a mandrel and requires a 1/4 inch arbor hole attachment for use in a rotary tool, die grinder, or similar handpiece.

This cone point suits precision deburring and finishing work on non-ferrous metals, cast iron, carbide, ceramics, and hard plastics.
