The CRATEX 1345 XF is a rubberized abrasive point in a taper shape, designed for fine surface finishing, deburring, and polishing on metal, ceramic, and composite materials. Bonded with silicon carbide abrasive in a very fine grade (60 grit), it delivers controlled material removal without aggressive cutting action. The unmounted design accepts a 1/4 inch arbor hole and spins safely up to 20,000 RPM. At 7/8 inch maximum diameter and 1-1/4 inches in length, this point fits standard die grinders, rotary tools, and flex-shaft machines used by machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and precision fabricators.

This abrasive point suits finishing work in tight bores, contoured recesses, and hard-to-reach areas where flat media cannot conform to geometry. The rubberized bond flexes slightly under contact, reducing chatter and helping the abrasive conform to irregular surfaces. It is appropriate for light deburring, blending weld seams, cleaning up parting lines on castings, and pre-polish prep on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
