The CRATEX 11 XF is an unmounted rubberized abrasive point in a cone shape, designed for precision deburring, polishing, and surface finishing on metal and hard materials. It is made with silicon carbide abrasive bonded in a rubber matrix, which provides a controlled, flexible cutting action that reduces gouging and leaves a smoother finish than rigid abrasive media. The cone measures 0.375 inches maximum diameter by 1 inch in length, fits a 1/8 inch arbor hole, and is rated for use up to 25,000 RPM. At 240 grit, this is a very fine grade point suited for final-stage finishing and light material removal.

This abrasive point is used in die grinders, rotary tools, and flex-shaft machines in tool-and-die shops, precision machining, HVAC component fabrication, and general metalworking.
