The CPC COLDER PRODUCTS PMC281032 is an inline threaded male plug designed for quick-disconnect fluid handling applications. This fitting accepts a 10-32 female thread and provides a nominal flow size of 1/8 inch, making it well suited for small-bore liquid or pneumatic lines where a secure, leak-resistant shutoff is required. The body is constructed from polypropylene with an EPDM o-ring seal, supporting a maximum working pressure of 120 psi and an operating temperature range of 32 to 160 degrees F. Licensed plumbing and fluid-systems technicians install this type of plug when servicing inline quick-connect assemblies in laboratory, medical, and industrial fluid circuits.
This plug is used in inline threaded quick-connect configurations where a male plug must thread into a female-threaded port or coupling body. The 10-32 thread size is common in compact fluid distribution panels, instrumentation lines, and light-duty process equipment. The polypropylene construction makes it appropriate for water-based, mildly chemical, or pneumatic service within its rated pressure and temperature limits. It is sold individually and is typically a direct replacement for worn or damaged plugs in existing inline coupling assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement inline threaded male plug for use in quick-disconnect fluid coupling assemblies requiring a 10-32 female thread and 1/8 inch nominal flow configuration.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid system quick-connect fittings. Depressurize and drain the fluid circuit completely before removing or installing any plug or coupling component. Thread engagement should be hand-tight first, then carefully torqued to avoid cross-threading or cracking the polypropylene body. Verify that system pressure and fluid compatibility fall within the rated limits before returning the line to service.
