The CPC COLDER PRODUCTS PMC2201 is a male inline hose barb plug designed for quick-disconnect fluid line applications. It accepts a 1/16 inch inside diameter tube and is rated for a nominal flow size of 1/8 inch. The body is machined from acetal (POM), a rigid engineering polymer well suited for fluid handling systems. The PMC2201 is rated to 120 psi maximum working pressure and handles a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 180 degrees F. The Buna-N O-ring provides a reliable seal across a wide range of common fluids. Licensed plumbers, industrial technicians, and fluid system installers work with this fitting type in both stationary and portable equipment.
This fitting is used in inline hose assemblies where a male plug is needed to terminate or cap a barbed fluid line. It is suited for residential and light commercial fluid distribution systems, laboratory equipment, medical devices, cooling circuits, and similar low-to-medium pressure applications. The acetal construction makes it compatible with water, many dilute acids, and a range of hydraulic fluids where metal fittings are not required. The compact form factor fits tight plumbing runs and equipment enclosures where space is limited.
Designed as an OEM-style inline hose barb male plug for fluid line systems using 1/16 inch inside diameter tubing and standard quick-disconnect barb couplings.
This fitting is installed by plumbers or fluid system technicians working on pressurized fluid circuits. Always depressurize and drain the line before removing or inserting any inline fitting. Ensure the mating tube inside diameter matches 1/16 inch and that system pressure does not exceed 120 psi during operation. Do not exceed the rated temperature range, and verify chemical compatibility with the specific fluid in the system before installation.
