The CPC COLDER PRODUCTS MCD12025NA is a PTF brass, valved panel mount coupling body designed for quick-disconnect fluid line connections in industrial and trade applications. Built to handle pressures up to 250 psi and a temperature range of -40 to 180 degrees F, this coupling body provides a secure, leak-resistant connection point at panel or bulkhead installations. The chrome-plated finish adds corrosion resistance for demanding service environments. Overall assembled length is 1.87 inches with an overall height of 0.63 inches. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and fluid system installers use this type of fitting where a valved, panel-mounted quick-disconnect is required.
This coupling body is suited for residential and light commercial fluid handling systems where a valved panel mount connection is needed. It is typically installed at bulkheads, enclosures, or panel cutouts to allow quick connection and disconnection of fluid lines without tool contact on the line side. The internal valve closes automatically when the coupling is disconnected, preventing fluid spillage. The compact form factor and brass construction make it appropriate for water, hydraulic fluid, and other compatible media within the rated temperature and pressure range.
Designed as a panel mount quick-disconnect coupling body for use in fluid handling systems compatible with PTF brass fittings within the MC series product group from CPC COLDER PRODUCTS.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, HVAC technician, or fluid systems technician familiar with quick-disconnect fitting standards. Depressurize and drain the fluid line completely before removing or installing any coupling body. Ensure the panel cutout dimensions match the fitting body specifications before mounting. Follow applicable plumbing and mechanical codes for the jurisdiction and fluid type being used.
