The COXREELS TSHFL-N-550 is a supreme-duty dual pedestal fuel hose reel built for continuous-duty fuel dispensing in demanding transport and storage environments. Part of the COXREELS T Series, it accommodates a 3/4 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and is engineered for non-aromatic fuel applications including diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil. The frame uses a solid one-piece steel base with a no-weld dual pedestal configuration and the exclusive Super Hub triple axle support system for maximum stability under load. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel handles the fluid path, while a cartridge-style motor manages rewind. This reel is installed by licensed fuel system technicians and fleet maintenance professionals.
The TSHFL-N-550 is suited for bulk liquid handling and fuel transfer operations in utility vehicles, fuel and lube trucks, aircraft refueling equipment, and tank trucks. It is also mounted on stationary fuel storage and dispensing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, giving installers flexibility across a wide range of service configurations. The uncoiling system provides positive hose control during fuel transfers, reducing operator fatigue on high-cycle routes.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID non-aromatic fuel hose up to 50 feet in length, for diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil dispensing applications on fuel trucks, tank trucks, aircraft refuelers, and fixed bulk dispensing systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified fuel system or fleet maintenance technician familiar with applicable fire and fuel handling codes. Shut off and depressurize the fuel supply line completely before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the steel base to a structurally rated mounting surface using fasteners appropriate for the load and vibration environment. Verify all NPT swivel and hose end connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
