The COXREELS SR19-M450 is a spring-driven hose reel from the S Series line, designed for side mount and cabinet mount installations in demanding trade environments. Built around a two-bolt mounting pattern, it installs and detaches quickly, making it well suited for multi-workstation setups. The reel accommodates a 1/2 inch ID hose up to 50 feet and features 360-degree hose direction control so the operator can work in any direction the job requires. A CNC robotically spun disc with rolled edges adds structural rigidity, and the cartridge-style spring motor is enclosed and lubricated for low-maintenance operation. Licensed trade professionals in mechanical, fleet, and industrial service settings are the primary installers.
The SR19-M450 is suited for air and water service, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose applications. Common install locations include service bays, tool benches, tool boxes, vertical walls, beams, vehicle lift systems, machine tool stations, and service vehicles. The compact footprint and side mount profile make it a practical solution wherever floor space is limited or an enclosed or vertical surface mount is required. The 360-degree outlet swivel allows hose routing to follow the work rather than the fixed reel position.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install S Series spring-driven hose reel suitable for air, water, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose service in cabinet mount and side mount configurations.
Installation is typically performed by qualified mechanical or fleet service technicians familiar with compressed air, fluid, or gas hose systems. Depressurize and disconnect the hose supply line completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Use the two-bolt pattern with appropriate fasteners rated for the mounting surface material, and verify the swivel connection is free of leaks before returning the system to service. Consult applicable OSHA and local shop safety codes when installing reels in enclosed or vehicle-mounted environments.
