The COXREELS SR17L-H125 is a spring-driven, side-mount hose reel from the S Series line, built for trade professionals who need a compact and reliable retraction solution in tight or enclosed spaces. Constructed from steel with a CPC powder coat finish that resists chips and rust, it accepts hose with a 1/4 inch ID and 0.5 inch OD, with a 25 ft hose capacity. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel provides leak-resistant performance and allows hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. The enclosed, lubricated cartridge-style motor handles spring tension and is removable for straightforward field maintenance. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and fleet service professionals rely on this reel in demanding shop and mobile environments.
The SR17L-H125 is suited for service units, tool benches, tool boxes, vehicle lift systems, machine tools, and service vehicles. Its 360-degree hose direction lets the operator work in any direction without repositioning the reel. The two-bolt mounting pattern makes it practical for permanent installation or temporary workstation use. Common fluid media include air, water, and oil. The side mount orientation is designed for vertical flat surfaces, cabinets, and enclosed spaces where horizontal-drum reels will not fit.
Designed as an OEM-style S Series spring-driven reel compatible with air, water, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose applications requiring a 1/4 inch ID hose connection in side-mount or cabinet-mount configurations.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or mechanic using standard hand tools to secure the two-bolt mounting pattern to a vertical flat surface, wall, beam, or cabinet interior. Depressurize and disconnect all fluid supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Verify that the inlet fitting thread type and size match the existing supply line before final connection. Comply with applicable local codes and equipment manufacturer guidelines when routing hose near heat sources or moving components.
