The COXREELS SHWL-N-150 is a spring-driven welding hose reel built for managing twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and industrial environments. Part of the SHW Series, it features a larger chassis and frame designed to handle longer welding hose lengths with stability. The reel is constructed from steel and incorporates the Coxreels Super Hub dual-axle support system, which reduces vibration and increases structural integrity during operation. A lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style spring motor drives retraction and is removable for maintenance without special tooling. Licensed welding and industrial gas technicians are the primary installers of this equipment.
The SHWL-N-150 is suited for fixed and mobile welding stations in both commercial shops and industrial facilities. Its multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable across a range of installation scenarios. The 1/4-inch ID hose capacity and 50-foot hose length accommodate standard twin-line oxy-fuel and welding gas setups. The unit ships as a single reel assembly and is intended for professional installation where welding gas distribution systems are managed by qualified personnel.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit welding hose reel for twin-line welding hose applications requiring a 1/4-inch ID connection and up to 50 feet of hose capacity.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with welding gas distribution systems and applicable safety codes. Shut off all gas supply lines and relieve hose pressure completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Ensure the mounting surface is rated for the combined weight of the reel and filled hose. Follow all applicable OSHA and local welding gas safety regulations during installation and commissioning.
