The COXREELS SH-N-525 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SH Series Super Hub line, built for industrial and trade applications where reliable hose retraction and structural durability are required. The reel features a solid steel chassis with a single-pedestal base design and Coxreels dual axle support system, which reduces vibration and strengthens overall frame integrity. The 3/4 inch ID inlet accommodates a 25 ft hose length with a 1-1/16 inch OD. A machined brass full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. This unit is installed by mechanical contractors, industrial maintenance technicians, fleet service professionals, and plumbing trades.
The SH-N-525 is suited for workshop, garage, fleet maintenance, and industrial facility installations. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable across service environments. The spring-driven rewind mechanism provides consistent automatic hose retraction without power input. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust, supporting use in demanding service conditions. The enclosed cartridge-style motor is removable for field maintenance without specialized tooling.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven hose reel for use with 3/4 inch ID hose up to 25 ft in length across industrial, fleet, and mechanical service installations.
Installation is typically performed by mechanical or industrial maintenance technicians. Shut off the fluid supply completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the mounting surface to support the loaded weight of the reel and hose. The guide arm should be positioned and locked before placing the hose under tension from the spring motor.
