The COXREELS SG19W-175 is a spring-driven welding hose reel built for oxy-acetylene and T Grade gas welding hose applications. Part of the SGW Series, it features a 1/4 inch internal diameter capacity and accommodates up to 75 feet of hose. The reel is constructed with heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges for added strength and hose protection. An external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals allows both connections to route from the same side of the reel, eliminating the need to dismount the unit for hose connection access. Licensed HVAC technicians, welding professionals, and fleet maintenance crews are the primary installers.
The SG19W-175 is designed for use in tight or enclosed spaces where hose management and fast deployment are priorities. Common installation locations include service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The two-bolt side-mount pattern allows the reel to be installed or removed quickly from any vertical flat surface, making it practical for both permanent shop installations and temporary field setups. The adjustable six-position guide arm and roller assembly provide precise hose routing control across a range of working angles.
Designed for use with oxy-acetylene and T Grade gas welding hose with a 1/4 inch internal diameter, up to 75 feet in length. Part of the COXREELS SGW Series, configured for side-mount vertical flat surface installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with welding gas distribution systems and applicable safety codes. Shut off all gas supply valves and verify the system is fully depressurized before mounting or servicing the reel. Use the two-bolt mounting pattern on a structurally sound vertical flat surface rated to support the reel weight. Confirm all swivel and hose connections are leak-tested before returning the system to service.
