The COXREELS SG19-L450 is a spring-driven, side-mount hose reel from the SG Series, designed for controlled hose retraction in demanding trade environments. Built for air, water, oil, and grease service, this reel features a 1/2 inch ID hose inlet, accepts up to 50 feet of hose, and mounts to any vertical flat surface using a simple two-bolt pattern. The reel includes a machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel, a lubricated cartridge-style spring motor, and CNC robotically spun steel discs with rolled edges. A multi-position guide arm locks into one of six positions for precise hose routing. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, fleet mechanics, and shop technicians are the primary installers.
The SG19-L450 fits a wide range of fixed and mobile service applications. Common install locations include service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls, beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The side-mount footprint makes it well suited for tight quarters or enclosed cabinet spaces where overhead or floor-mount reels are not practical. The two-bolt mounting pattern allows fast attachment and removal, supporting both permanent shop installations and temporary field setups.
The SG19-L450 is part of the COXREELS SG Series and is rated for air, water, oil, and grease hose service with a 1/2 inch ID inlet connection. Consult COXREELS documentation to confirm hose diameter, working pressure, and fluid compatibility before installation.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic, fleet technician, or shop maintenance professional. Mount to a structurally sound vertical flat surface using the two-bolt pattern; verify the mounting surface can support the combined weight of the reel and filled hose. Depressurize and disconnect the fluid supply line completely before servicing the swivel, motor cartridge, or guide arm. Follow applicable OSHA and shop safety guidelines when working on pressurized fluid systems.
