The COXREELS SG19-H350 is a side-mount, spring-driven hose reel from the SG Series, designed for controlled hose retraction in demanding service environments. It accommodates 3/8 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and is built for use with air, water, oil, and grease applications. The reel features a multi-position guide arm that adjusts to six different positions, giving technicians precise hose control in confined or restricted spaces. The cartridge-style spring motor is fully enclosed and lubricated, making field maintenance straightforward without specialized tooling. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal service without removing the reel from its mount.
The SG19-H350 is suited for installation on vertical flat surfaces including service vehicle walls, tool benches, beams, machine tool stations, and vehicle lift systems. The two-bolt mounting pattern allows fast attachment and detachment for both temporary and permanent installations. This reel is a practical choice for professional service technicians, fleet maintenance facilities, and industrial workstations where repeated hose use and reliable retraction are daily requirements. Its compact footprint makes it especially well-suited for tight or enclosed mounting locations where larger reels would not fit.
Designed for use with air, water, oil, and grease hose in 3/8 inch ID up to 50 feet. Part of the COXREELS SG Series for side-mount spring-driven reel applications on vertical flat surfaces.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or mechanic. Before mounting or servicing the reel, relieve all pressure from the connected hose and supply line. The two-bolt mounting pattern requires a flat, structurally sound vertical surface capable of supporting the reel and hose load. Guide arm position adjustments are made with a standard open-end wrench — no special tools required.
