The COXREELS HPL-N-350 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SH Series, designed for demanding trade and industrial applications where reliable hose retraction and structural durability are required. Built on a larger chassis and frame than standard models, the HPL-N-350 accommodates longer hose lengths and larger hose diameters. The reel features a 3/8-inch inner diameter hose path and accepts up to 50 feet of hose. A machined zinc-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel provides straightforward seal maintenance without requiring reel removal from the mounting surface. The enclosed cartridge-style motor is lubricated and easily removable for routine service. Finished in a chip-resistant CPC powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance.
The HPL-N-350 is suited for use in commercial and industrial environments including fleet maintenance shops, service bays, manufacturing facilities, and any fixed or vehicle-mounted application requiring controlled hose deployment and automatic retraction. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility across a wide range of job site setups. The single-pedestal, no-weld steel base provides a stable foundation without excess weight.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch inner diameter hose up to 50 feet in length in fixed or vehicle-mounted installations. Consult COXREELS documentation to confirm hose type and fitting compatibility before installation.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanical or fleet service technician. Depressurize and disconnect the hose supply line completely before mounting or servicing the reel. The multi-position guide arm should be secured to a structurally sound surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and hose under load. Follow all applicable facility safety and OSHA guidelines when mounting to overhead or vehicle surfaces.
