The COXREELS HP1125-4-500 is a heavy-duty high pressure hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding industrial and trade applications. It features a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, and a low-profile outlet riser with an open drum slot design that keeps hose wrap flat and non-crimping. The reel accommodates 1/2 inch inner diameter hose with a 7/8 inch outer diameter at 500 feet of capacity, and retracts via a direct hand crank mechanism. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings support smooth rotation under continuous use. This unit is suited for professional trades that require reliable, repeated hose deployment and retrieval.
The HP1125-4-500 is designed for industrial and commercial environments where long hose runs and high pressure delivery are standard requirements. Typical applications include hydraulic service, pressure washing, air and water distribution, and similar trade workflows requiring 500 feet of working length. The reel ships as a single unit and can be mounted directly through the integrated mounting pattern in the steel base, simplifying installation on service trucks, shop floors, or fixed wall and ceiling mounts.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit for applications requiring a 1/2 inch ID, 7/8 inch OD hose reel with 500 feet of capacity in the COXREELS 1125 Series configuration.
Installation is typically performed by qualified mechanical or industrial service technicians. Shut off all pressure to the system and bleed any residual line pressure before connecting or disconnecting hose fittings. Use the integrated mounting pattern in the steel base for secure attachment to wall brackets, ceiling mounts, or vehicle service bodies. Verify that all NPT swivel inlet connections are properly sealed and rated for the operating pressure of the system before returning the reel to service.
