The COXREELS EZ-TSH-4100 is a spring-driven hose reel built for heavy-duty truck and off-road service applications. Part of the EZ-T Series, it features a dual pedestal chassis with the Coxreels Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under demanding field conditions. The reel accepts hose with a 1/2 inch ID and 3/4 inch OD and holds up to 100 feet of hose. The EZ-Coil spring motor is enclosed in a lubricated cartridge housing and retracts at up to 80 percent slower than conventional reels, reducing snap-back hazards during retraction. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and general service technicians working in mobile or off-road service environments are the primary installers.
The EZ-TSH-4100 is designed for truck-mounted service setups that operate in abusive environments including off-road, agricultural, construction, and industrial fleet applications. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility across different truck bed and service body layouts. The machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation without removing the reel from its mount, simplifying routine maintenance in the field.
Designed as a truck-mount spring-driven hose reel replacement or new installation for mobile service vehicles requiring 1/2 inch ID hose capacity up to 100 feet.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with mobile fluid-delivery systems and hose reel mounting hardware. Ensure the vehicle or service body mounting surface can support the reel weight and operational loads before fastening. Relieve all system pressure and de-energize any connected fluid supply before servicing the spring motor cartridge or swivel. Follow vehicle manufacturer guidelines and applicable industry codes when routing hose through or along a service body.
