The COXREELS EZ-E-HP-150 is a spring-retractable hose reel built for high-pressure service applications in professional shop and fleet environments. Part of the COXREELS E Series expandable bank system, this reel accepts 1/4 inch ID hose up to 50 feet and features the patented EZ-Coil slow-retract motor, which pulls hose in at up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels. The unit rides on a single-pedestal steel base with CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs. A machined zinc-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal service and hose changes without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed contractors and shop technicians are the primary installers.
The EZ-E-HP-150 is designed for use in automotive service bays, fleet maintenance facilities, industrial shops, and anywhere a professional-grade, wall- or bench-mounted hose reel is required. The E Series cabinet design is expandable, allowing multiple reel assemblies to interlock into a single organized bank system. This makes it well suited for multi-bay installations where compressed air, fluid, or other media delivery points need to share a common mounting structure. The reel ships as a single assembly and is rated for repeated daily-use cycles in demanding trade environments.
Designed for use within the COXREELS E Series expandable bank system and compatible with standard 1/4 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length. Verify swivel thread size and inlet connection against your existing plumbing before installation.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic or plumber familiar with compressed-air or fluid distribution systems. Shut off and bleed the supply line before connecting or disconnecting any fittings. Follow local plumbing and mechanical codes for reel mounting, anchoring, and pressure-rated hose selection. Do not exceed the rated hose capacity or pressure rating of the reel assembly.
