The COXREELS E-LPL-430 is a spring-driven hose reel from the E Series, designed for low-pressure lubricant delivery in professional service environments. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch ID and 3/4 inch OD, with a working length of 30 feet. The reel retracts automatically via a cartridge-style spring motor that is enclosed, lubricated, and removable for maintenance without pulling the reel from its mount. CNC robotically spun steel discs with ribbed construction and rolled edges protect both the hose and the operator. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal service without dismounting the reel. Licensed trades and fleet shop technicians working in lube bays, service garages, and industrial facilities will find this reel suited to high-use daily operation.
The E-LPL-430 is part of the COXREELS E Series expandable bank system. Individual reel assemblies mount inside interlocking metal cabinets that expand to accommodate as many reels as the application requires. This makes the system a practical choice for multi-bay automotive shops, fleet maintenance facilities, and industrial service stations where multiple fluid delivery points are needed from a single organized installation. The reel ships as a single unit and integrates into existing E Series cabinet configurations.
Designed for use as a standalone spring-driven hose reel or as part of the COXREELS E Series expandable multiple-reel bank cabinet system for low-pressure lubricant service applications.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified maintenance technician or pipefitter. Shut off the fluid supply line and relieve any line pressure before connecting or disconnecting the reel swivel. Secure the mounting base to a structurally sound surface per the manufacturer mounting instructions and applicable facility codes. Do not exceed the rated working pressure or hose capacity of the reel assembly.
