The COXREELS 1185-3328-E-BUXX is a heavy-duty motor-driven hose reel built for high-volume fluid delivery applications requiring long runs of large-diameter hose. The reel features a 1-1/2 inch ID inlet and 2-1/16 inch OD hose path, and is powered by a 12V DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor for powered retraction and deployment. The all-welded steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun ribbed discs, and low-profile outlet riser work together to deliver a non-crimping, flat hose wrap that protects hose integrity under load. Licensed contractors and fleet service technicians working in demanding mobile or stationary environments are the primary installers of this unit.
The 1185-3328-E-BUXX is suited for industrial, commercial, and mobile service applications where large-diameter hose must be managed efficiently. Its open drum slot design supports smooth layering of hose without kinking, making it appropriate for high-flow water delivery, petroleum transfer, or similar bulk-volume service scenarios. The reel weighs 182 pounds and measures 49 inches in length, 32 inches in width, and 32 inches in height, making it appropriate for truck-mount, dock, or floor installations where a fixed anchor point is available.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the COXREELS 1185 Series for large-diameter, long-length hose management in motor-driven reel applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hose reel mounting and 12V DC electrical wiring. Disconnect all power sources before making electrical connections to the motor. Secure the reel to a structurally rated mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern, and verify all NPT swivel fittings are wrench-tight before pressurizing the system. Follow applicable OSHA and local safety codes for fluid transfer equipment in mobile or fixed installations.
