The COXREELS 1175-6-135-H is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for hand crank and hydraulic motor operation. It accommodates 1-inch ID, 1-7/16-inch OD hose at a capacity of 135 feet, making it suited for high-volume fluid transfer applications. The reel is built on a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base with CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows for seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. This unit is installed by licensed plumbers, hydraulic technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals in demanding shop and field environments.
The 1175-6-135-H is built for applications requiring larger hose capacities and larger hose diameters than standard compact reels provide. Its low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design deliver smooth, even hose wraps without crimping. The hydraulic motor drive makes it appropriate for remote or automated dispensing stations, mobile service rigs, and fixed industrial installations where manual rewinding is impractical. The reel is finished with a chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat for long service life in harsh environments.
Designed for use with 1-inch ID, 1-7/16-inch OD hose up to 135 feet in length. The 1175 Series shares design lineage with the 1125 Series and is an OEM-style fit for applications requiring a larger chassis and increased hose capacity in hand crank or hydraulic motor reel configurations.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, hydraulic technicians, or industrial maintenance mechanics familiar with fluid transfer systems. Shut off all fluid supply and depressurize the hose and supply line before mounting or servicing the reel. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward installation and removal. Verify swivel thread type and NPT compatibility with existing supply fittings before final connection.
