The COXREELS 1175-6-100-A is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications requiring larger hose capacities and larger hose diameters. Built on a one-piece all-welded steel A-frame base, this reel accommodates a 1 inch inside diameter hose up to 100 feet in length and accepts an outside diameter of 1 7/16 inches. It is available in hand crank and motorized configurations. The construction centers on CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, a low-profile outlet riser with an open drum slot for flat, even hose wraps, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings for smooth, consistent rotation. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance crews are the primary installers of this reel.
The 1175-6-100-A suits fixed or mobile installations in commercial and industrial environments where larger hose diameters and longer hose runs are standard. The open drum slot design eliminates hose crimping during retrieval, making it appropriate for fluid transfer, air supply, and similar continuous-use applications. The low-profile outlet riser keeps the hose path smooth at the drum entry point, reducing wear on the hose jacket over extended service cycles. The reel ships as a single unit and is suited for wall, floor, or ceiling mounting using the integrated base mounting pattern.
Designed to accept hose with a 1 inch inside diameter and 1 7/16 inch outside diameter, up to 100 feet in length. The 1175 Series shares design principles with the 1125 Series and is built on a larger chassis to support greater hose capacities and diameters.
Installation is typically performed by qualified maintenance technicians or tradespeople familiar with fluid or air distribution systems. Shut off and depressurize the supply line fully before connecting or disconnecting the swivel fitting. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern built into the steel base, following applicable facility and building codes. Do not exceed the rated hose capacity or hose diameter specifications for this reel model.
