The COXREELS 1125P-4-12-E is a motorized Pure Flow series hose reel built for the safe, uncontaminated transfer of breathing air, potable water, and other clean fluids. It features a full stainless steel air and fluid path, a stainless steel swivel inlet with non-toxic food-grade grease, and a 12V DC reversible motor rated at 1/3 HP. The reel is constructed around a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base with CNC spun and ribbed drum discs. It is installed by licensed plumbing, mechanical, or industrial service professionals in applications where fluid purity and reliable hose management are critical.
This hose reel is suited for residential and commercial installations requiring sanitary fluid handling. Typical applications include low- and high-pressure respiratory air hose systems, potable drinking water distribution, and any service environment demanding non-contaminated fluid transfer. The exclusive low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promote a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, extending hose service life. The hose inlet is 1/2 inch ID with a 7/8 inch OD, and the reel accepts standard NPT swivel connections.
Designed for use in the COXREELS 1125 Pure Flow series as an OEM-configured motorized hose reel for breathing air, potable water, and clean-fluid transfer applications requiring stainless steel wetted components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanical or plumbing technician familiar with fluid distribution and low-voltage electrical systems. Shut off the fluid supply line and disconnect the 12V DC power source before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a stable surface using the integrated base mounting pattern in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes. Verify all NPT connections are properly sealed and that the electrical supply circuit is correctly rated for the motor before restoring power.
