The COXREELS 1125-5-250-EB is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications. It accommodates 3/4 inch ID hose up to 250 feet in length and is powered by a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor for controlled payout and retrieval. The reel is built on a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base and features permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings for smooth, consistent rotation. A CPC powder coat finish provides chip resistance and rust inhibition for long service life. Licensed tradespeople and industrial service technicians are the primary installers.
The 1125-5-250-EB is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, construction sites, and any commercial environment where extended hose reach and reliable motor-driven retrieval are required. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser design ensures flat, non-crimping hose wrap across the full 250 feet of capacity. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges protect the hose and improve operator safety. This reel is appropriate for use with water, air, and compatible fluid delivery systems in both stationary and vehicle-mounted configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct application fit within the COXREELS 1125 Series; intended for use with 3/4 inch ID hose up to 250 feet in length in industrial and commercial hose reel installations.
Installation is typically performed by industrial mechanics or qualified service technicians. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the 24-volt DC motor circuit before servicing or mounting. Verify that the mounting surface and fastener pattern align with the base plate before securing the reel. Consult applicable NEC guidelines when wiring the motor drive circuit.
