The COOPER LIGHTING TGS2S402MSRB is a twin-head, motion-activated LED floodlight fixture designed for outdoor security and area lighting applications. Built with a die-cast aluminum housing and an ultraviolet-resistant polycarbonate lens, this unit is engineered for long-term exterior exposure. The lumen-selectable design allows the installer to set output at 1500, 2000, or 2500 lumens at the fixture, eliminating the need for separate SKUs across jobs with different light-level requirements. Color temperature is fixed at 4000 kelvin, delivering a neutral white output suitable for commercial entryways, building perimeters, and parking areas. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors are the primary installers.
This fixture is suited for residential and light commercial exterior installations where motion-sensing flood coverage is required. The integrated motion sensor operates across a wide voltage range of 120 to 277 volts at 50 or 60 Hz, making it compatible with standard North American single-phase circuits as well as many international and light commercial service configurations. The square head, twin-lamp layout allows independent aiming of each head to cover multiple zones from a single mounting point. The fixture is compatible with a surface mount and conduit mount adapter plate, sold separately, and the design accommodates a wide range of mounting configurations including unconventional placements.
Compatible with surface mount and conduit mount adapter plates sold separately. Designed as an OEM-style outdoor motion LED floodlight replacement or new installation fixture suitable for standard junction box and conduit mounting configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit at the breaker panel and verify the absence of voltage with a meter before beginning wiring. The fixture supports multiple mounting orientations, including conduit and surface adapter plates sold separately — confirm the adapter is rated for the intended mounting surface before final installation. Lumen level selection should be made prior to final mounting and cover installation.
