The CONCROBIUM 25001CAL is a 1-gallon, odorless, colorless mold control solution formulated to eliminate active mold and mildew growth and leave behind a durable antimicrobial barrier that resists future growth. It contains no ammonia, bleach, or volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and is EPA-registered and Health Canada approved. HVAC technicians, restoration contractors, and building trades professionals use it during remediation, post-flood recovery, and new construction pretreatment. The solution works on hard surfaces and fabric surfaces and can be applied by spray, brush, or fogging equipment for large or hard-to-reach areas.
This product is used in residential and light commercial applications where mold or mildew is present or where moisture intrusion creates risk of growth. Typical applications include post-flood and water-damage remediation, attic and crawlspace treatment, bathroom and laundry room maintenance, basement waterproofing follow-up, and pretreatment of drywall, framing lumber, and sheathing during construction or renovation. It is also suitable for garages, closets, windows, car interiors, boat interiors, and RVs. The fogging capability makes it practical for encapsulating large inaccessible cavities such as wall voids and attic spaces where spray coverage is limited.
Effective on drywall, concrete, wood, masonry, siding, shingles, stone, grout, plastic, tile, and fabric surfaces. Suitable for residential and commercial applications including basements, bathrooms, laundry rooms, attics, closets, garages, windows, car interiors, boat interiors, and RVs.
Applied by restoration contractors, HVAC technicians, and general building trades professionals. Follow all label directions and ensure adequate ventilation during application, even though the formula is VOC-free. When treating post-flood or water-damaged areas, confirm the structural moisture source has been addressed before applying mold control product. For fogging applications, consult the fogging equipment manufacturer for recommended dilution and output settings.
