The Comprehensive Connectivity Co. RJ45P is an 8-position RJ45 plug connector with 50 microinch gold plating on the contacts. Gold plating at this thickness provides reliable conductivity and resistance to corrosion and oxidation over repeated connections. This plug is used to terminate Cat-rated twisted pair network cable, creating field-terminated patch cables or custom-length runs. It is installed by network technicians, low-voltage electricians, and structured cabling professionals during new construction, retrofit, or network expansion work.

The RJ45P is suited for terminating solid or stranded Cat5e, Cat6, or similar 8-conductor twisted pair cable in residential and commercial low-voltage applications. Typical use cases include building out patch panels, workstation drops, and equipment connections in data closets, server rooms, and office environments. One plug is included per unit.
