The COLLIS TOOL 64134 is a Magic Collet chuck with a taper shank designed for secure toolholding in CNC and manual machining operations. Built around the Magic Collet system, this chuck accepts Magic Collets and delivers precise, concentric clamping for drilling, reaming, and light milling applications. The shank is a 4MT (No. 4 Morse Taper), and the nose diameter measures 1-11/16 inches. Machinists and toolroom technicians install this chuck in drill presses, lathes, and milling machines equipped with a No. 4 Morse Taper spindle. At 1.2 pounds, it is a solid, shop-ready toolholding solution.

The 64134 is suited for production and job-shop environments where repeatable tool changes and solid chuck retention matter. Installation Notes
