The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8808GH is a heavy-duty T-handle compressed air regulator built for demanding industrial and shop air applications. It features a 1 inch NPT port, a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, and a working pressure range of 0 to 200 psi. Maximum air flow is rated at 160 CFM, making it well suited for high-volume pneumatic systems. The cast aluminum body keeps weight low while delivering durability under continuous service. A built-in relief function and an included pressure gauge provide on-the-fly pressure monitoring and system protection. This regulator is installed by pipefitters, millwrights, and experienced maintenance technicians in production and compressed air distribution systems.
The 8808GH is intended for compressed air service in industrial, commercial, and heavy shop environments where precise downstream pressure control is required. Typical installations include main line or branch line pressure regulation on compressor systems, pneumatic tool supply lines, and automated equipment air circuits. The T-handle design allows manual pressure adjustment without additional tools, a practical feature in high-traffic maintenance environments. The 1/4 inch gauge port thread accommodates standard pressure gauge accessories for expanded monitoring options.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install regulator for compressed air distribution systems requiring a 1 inch NPT heavy-duty T-handle regulator in the Series 88 product family.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or licensed industrial mechanic familiar with compressed air system requirements. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line before beginning installation or removal. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections and verify all joints are leak-free before returning the system to pressure. Do not exceed the 250 psi maximum supply pressure rating under any operating condition.
