The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 602 is a safety-style air blow gun designed for industrial and shop use. It features a safety extension tube tip with integrated siphon spray capability and a thumb lever trigger for controlled airflow. The body is constructed from die cast zinc with a chrome-plated finish, offering corrosion resistance in demanding shop environments. The gun delivers up to 10 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) of airflow and operates at a noise level of 84 to 87 decibels. It is OSHA compliant, making it appropriate for use in regulated workplaces. Licensed HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and general shop maintenance personnel routinely keep this type of tool at the bench or on the truck.
The 602 is suited for blowing off parts, clearing debris from work surfaces, or applying liquid siphon spray in a controlled stream. The 1/4 NPT female inlet threads onto standard shop air fittings and quick-connect systems. The thumb lever allows single-handed, modulated airflow control, which is useful when directing air into tight or recessed spaces. The ergonomic body design reduces hand fatigue during extended use. Typical installation environments include mechanical shops, HVAC service bays, plumbing fabrication areas, and light manufacturing settings.
Designed as a direct-connect replacement or addition for any compressed air system with a standard 1/4 NPT female inlet. Compatible with standard shop air quick-connect setups using 1/4 NPT male fittings.
Installation is performed by any technician or maintenance professional working with compressed air systems. Depressurize the air line completely before threading the gun onto the supply fitting. Use thread sealant tape on the 1/4 NPT male fitting before connection to prevent air leaks. Do not exceed the rated operating pressure for this blow gun as specified by the air supply system in use.
